Shipping Information

Occasionally you may experience technical difficulties when ordering, just pick up the phone and call us at 800-639-1854 and we will take your order and would love to speak with you. When your order arrives, check the contents. Report any damaged items immediately. 

We ship via UPS & USPS in the Continental US, USPS flat rate to Alaska for small orders, overseas email us for pricing.  

Shipping will be calculated when you checkout.

Alaska & Hawaii residents should call for USPS shipping prices for large items, usually we use large or medium flat rate boxes.

Any shipments with a PO BOX will be sent via USPS.

Returns or other issues

Privacy

Your account information is encrypted before it is sent to our computer. Any other sensitive information such as a customers credit card member collected for a commercial transaction is also encrypted prior to being sent to our computer system. We do not share information with any third party.
